What a very welcoming and mostly pleasant staff, they gave us a new-fashioned room with good value for the money, new furniture and soft pillows. The rate was gbp 643. My Christmas stay was a great experience! The hotel staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, they even offered us a bottle of water and snacks on our arrival. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The location is perfect, with great transport connections to all the main attractions. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options to choose from. Plus, the hotel offers a reasonable price, which is a great advantage.

There were a few negative aspects that I would like to mention. the hotel does not have any English-speaking staff, so it's difficult to communicate if you do not speak the local language.
